    Building muscle mass has a lot to do with your diet. Your muscles may get more defined with plenty of weight lifting and exercise, but if you don’t have a calorie surplus then they won’t get that big. It’s just not possible.

    So as long as you’re eating around your calorie maintenance you won’t get huge.

    Make SURE that your nutrition plan is completely dialed in, as it is the most important part of your success.
