    Hi,
I left this for another girl here…

just use this on the areas you need the most…

in your case get the neoprene belt at sports authority…

take some saran wrap and wrap it around the other areas you want to loose and sweat…

go to sports authority or walmart and buy those things you wrap(made of neoprene fabric) around the most fattening area or the areas that you want to loose weight and you break a sweat by dancing or exercising, do anything to sweat, the neoprene belt, shorts whatever you get will help you sweat that area the most and the rest of your body will sweat too of course and burn fat… so dance, run, get on a machine whatever…

and eat protein(chicken, fish, meat, some cheese, beans, etc.) and salads( not potato or corn and green peas)…

drink lots of water after sweating all the fat.

you can get everything here at sports authority and maybe walmart too, but I like the sports authority neoprene quality better, for the sweat suit it doesn’t matter, and it’s not expensive either

try saran wrap and bags if you can’t afford it.

or buy a sauna suit you can exercise in, is made of plastic, you can even put it over the neoprene gear, just don’t sit in it all day ok, just in case, you don’t want it clogging your pores all day.

Targeted exercises. Just Youtube it. You’ll find a million and one videos on what you need. Basically, things like crunches will help. But there are many variations that target specific muscles in the abdomen. Just use youtube or google and find some good videos that clearly explain what each exercise will accomplish and how many to do etc.

You can make your abs flat by doing a combination of exercise and diet; diet is actually the most important.

Eat plenty of protien, and stay away from starchy food, avoid too much sugar (1-2 servings of fruit per day at most), avoid all artificial sweeteners and flavorings, and be sure you eat enough fat (yes, fat) or else your body will try to keep the fat you do have and store it in your… yes, belly! Great sources of fat include avocadoes, nuts, fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, etc.), and olives/olive oil.

Sit-ups, crunches, and the numerous variations.

Any exercise targeting your core, like planks.

The fact of the matter is it’s very difficult to loose weight in an isolated part of your body, especially to lose belly fat or get a flat stomach. However, with the right nutrition (not some gimmick diet plan, just simply eating healthier things like whole foods, veggies and fruit) plus an exercise program you can lose stomach weight. If you pick the right workout routine, and I am not talking about any grueling exercises or anything like that, you should be able to get the flat abs that you want. I am speaking from experience. I see a lot of people struggling to lose stomach fat or wish they can get six pack abs for years without any measurable results. You will be surprised at the number of people who have been doing crunches or using some TV infomercial Ab machine without any good results. The best approach is to use a sound, reasonable workout routine that can fit in a busy person’s schedule coupled with the right eating habits. You will see good results in a few months. There are some good articles and resources on the website below.
